Introduction:

1.1 These terms and conditions govern the provision of Life Coaching services provided by Corina's Consultancy

​

1.2 By booking our services, you (The Client) agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

​

2. Services:

​

2.1 We provide life coaching sessions, which may include sessions, which may include personal coaching, goal setting, and other related services.

​

2.2 Services will be provided as agreed during the initial consultation.

​

3 Booking and Payments:

​

3.1 All sessions must be booked in Advance.

​

3.2 Payment for services is required (in advance) and can be made via bank transfer only at present.

​

3.3 Fees for services are stated on our website or as agreed upon in writing.

​

4 Cancellations and Rescheduling:

​

4.1 Clients must provide at least 24/48hrs notice or you will lose a percentage fee- unless you can supply a Drs note or proof of an emergency situation.

​

4.2 Cancellations before 24/48 hrs notice will occur a 50% charge without a good reason and proof supplied as in Term 4.1.

​

4.3 Cancellations emergencies will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

​

5 Confidentiality:

​

5.1 All personal information shared during sessions will be kept confidential, except where disclosure is required by law.

​

5.2 We will not disclose any information to third parties without the client's written consent.

​

6. Client Responsibilities:

​

6.1 The Client is responsible for attending sessions and actively participating.

​

6.2 The Client agrees to communicate openly and honestly during sessions.

​

6.3 The Client acknowledges that life coaching is not a therapy or counselling and it is not a substitute for professional mental health care.

​

7 Limitation of Liability:

​

7.1 We will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special  losses arising out of or in connection with the provision of services shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the services.

​

8. Termination:

​

8.1 Either party may terminate the services at any time with written notice.

​

8.2 Upon termination, any outstanding fees for services provided up to the date of termination will be payable by the Client. 

 

9 Governing Law:

 

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

9.2 Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10 Changes to Terms and Conditions:

10.1 We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.  Any changes will be notified to the Client in writing.
